Sales, Delivery, and Payment Terms

1) General

Our offers are subject to change. By placing an order, the buyer accepts our sales, delivery, and payment terms. The invalidity of individual conditions does not affect the validity of the remaining terms. Deviations or additions to these terms and any verbal agreements are only valid with our written confirmation. The buyer's purchasing terms are not valid. If our order confirmation deviates from your order, please notify us in writing immediately; otherwise, the order confirmation is considered correct and binding for both parties. Subsequent change requests that incur additional costs will only be fulfilled against reimbursement of these costs and extension of the delivery period. These changes require our approval and written confirmation.

2) Goods

Dimensions in the catalog are approximate measurements in cm. Errors and changes are reserved. We also reserve the right to make changes to materials, colors, designs, technical specifications, packaging type of individual items, as well as the size and type of packaging units. Such changes do not constitute grounds for complaints, even if they result in variations within a delivery. Individual packaging serves to protect the item and should not be considered as gift packaging.

3) Advertising Placement by Us

We provide a free positioning sketch in PDF format—this is a digital placement of your print image and is not binding in terms of print sharpness or color, which may differ from the original. This is only a digital print simulation. Once print approval is given, we print solely based on it, and any later objections are not accepted. If you want to avoid this risk, please order a paid print sample.

4) Quantity

Multiples of the smallest packaging unit; no partial units. Example: If a small package contains 12 pieces and you order 100 pieces, we deliver and charge for 108 pieces (9 x 12 pieces). Samples are excluded from this rule. For print orders, over- or under-deliveries, especially due to misprints, of up to 10% are allowed.

5) Prices

All prices are net, excluding VAT. Our price quotes are non-binding, and errors are reserved. Price adjustments will be communicated as soon as possible. Our order confirmation is binding. We reserve the right to adjust prices if there are cost increases after the contract is concluded.

6) Quantity Discounts and Special Prices

If payment is made after the due date, any granted price reduction lapses, including discounts. Action prices are special net prices to which no discount applies.

7) Samples

Samples cannot be returned for administrative reasons.

8) Neutral Shipping

We ship ordered goods neutrally on your behalf. We provide a neutral delivery note with your sender address free of charge.

9) Delivery Times

Delivery as quickly as possible. Partial deliveries are permitted, especially if multiple items are ordered and are not available simultaneously. Delivery deadlines start only after we receive all necessary documents from you. We cannot influence transport companies.

10) Delivery

Deliveries are made ex-works, via package service or freight carrier at our discretion. We are not liable for damage during transport. For export outside the EU, we charge €25 for customs declarations.

11) Warranty

Our products are imports from East Asia, subject to rapid wear and are not grounds for complaints. Slight defects in ceramic products are generally accepted. All products should be inspected for any defects upon arrival. Complaints must be made in writing immediately. For damage visible upon delivery, a claim must be documented with the carrier.

12) Return of Goods

Returns of neutral goods are only possible after prior agreement and a restocking fee of 20% of the goods' value. The customer bears return shipping costs. Goods must be in original packaging and undamaged.

13) Payment

Payment due within 14 days from invoice date, free of charges. If payment terms are exceeded, standard interest rates and reminder fees will apply.

14) Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment is received. They may not be pledged or transferred to third parties as security.

15) Penalties and Compensation

Contractual penalties cannot be claimed against us. Any compensation claims are excluded.

16) Place of Jurisdiction and Performance

In all cases, the place of jurisdiction and performance for both parties is Nuremberg.
